The Near and Far 2022 Food Conference is presented by the Culinary Institute of the Pacific, Kapiʻolani Community College.

Join celebrated chefs and culinary thought leaders for a day of interactive sessions, panel discussions, a mom inspired chef lunch and farm to glass cocktail reception. Chefs and local food producers share how they’re helping drive the new economy and a shift toward regenerative models of tourism. Journalists from the New York Times and Bon Appétit share the power of story in building community.

Lunch and Farm to Glass Pau Hana reception included in ticket price.

Note: Pau Hana reception starts at 4:30 p.m. immediately following the conference.

Must be at least 21 to attend.

Participants who have previously enrolled in a culinary non-credit course at Kapiʻolani Community College qualify for the UH Alumni discount.
