IV. STATE AND CITY LEGISLATION ENGAGEMENT Action required by board.

a. Motion to allow testimony in favor of Honolulu City Council Bill 52 (increases fines for peddling)
b. Motion to allow testimony in favor of Honolulu City Council Bill 53 (prohibits illegal use of shopping carts)
c. Motion to allow the legislation committee to request Bill 67 (relating to taxation reduction for 65 and older taxpayers) be brought back to the City Council Budget Committee for action.
