This meeting location is open to public participation. Although remote oral testimony is being permitted, this is a regular meeting and not a remote meeting by interactive conference technology under HRS Section 92-3.7. Therefore, the meeting will continue notwithstanding loss of audiovisual communication with remote testifiers or loss of the public broadcast of the meeting.

a. Honolulu Police Department District 6 Commander -- Major Paul Okamoto
i. Update on activities of the Honolulu Police Department

III. ISSUES FOR DISCUSSION AND VOTE
The following items will be discussed and voted on by the Public Safety Committee to put in front of the Waikīkī Neighborhood Board for consideration through a board resolution or official stance.
a. Environmental crimes (littering, illegal dumping) discussion -- Wiencek
