Sunday Brunch is a meal to linger over and they don't come more elaborate or satisfying than the award-winning spread offered every Sunday at Hoku's. Visit the made-to-order omelet bar for eggs cooked your way with all your favorite toppings. And don't let the mountains of seafood and hand-made sushi keep you from getting to all the other good and delicious things on the Hoku's buffet. Other tempting Sunday Brunch specialties include Hoku's famous Eggs Benedict made with cheddar cheese biscuits, smoked salmon, and béarnaise sauce. Made-to-order Ahi Musubi is brought to your table along with fresh-baked almond croissants. Fresh-squeezed vegetable and fruit juices are a refreshing starter at every Sunday Brunch. Fresh from the garden salads are prepared with changing seasonal favorites each week. Hearty entrees and side dishes also change with the seasons and feature the fresh catch of the day, beef, pork, and chicken favorites. And please save room for desserts--seasonal fruits dipped in the chocolate fountain, Kahala brownies and blondies, cakes, pies, assorted pastries, and house-baked cookies are standard on the dessert buffet. After brunch, enjoy a walk on the beach or visit the dolphin lagoon where you and the kids can watch the antics of The Kahala's family of Atlantic Bottlenose Dolphins.
